I created an interactive tourism homepage for my web design course in 2022. Our assignment was to create an engaging promotional webpage using HTML and CSS, and I challenged myself further by adding interactive JavaScript elements that would create a more immersive experience for the user. I used JavaScript to create clickable galleries and information cards about things to do in Phuket, Thailand. I also created a mini visual identity for the website, with a logotype, typography, and colors to best represent the location for my website. I revisited this project in 2024 to add a responsive mobile layout using CSS breakpoints without compromising functionality.
